Parking

Parking is available on campus with use of this parking pass in student (C/G/R) or faculty/staff (F/S) spaces.

Please avoid any “24 hour” or “service” spaces.

The following are recommended parking lots for Ut Prosim Society Weekend events:

  • The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center
  • Holtzman Alumni Center
  • Perry Street Parking Garage
  • Price Hall Lot
  • Cassell Coliseum Lot (Lot 1)
  • Stadium Lot (Lot 2)
  • North End Center Parking Garage (Payment required; validation tickets with be provided at your program)
  • Squires Student Center Lot 

A weekend map, including shuttle routes and event locations, will be available at the Holtzman Alumni Center on Friday, April 24 and at the front desk of your hotel.

Shuttles

To help ensure a smooth arrival on Saturday, we encourage guests to use the available shuttle services or walk, as other events and activities taking place across campus will increase traffic and limit parking availability.

Friday, April 24

Tours

Shuttle service is not provided to tour locations. Self-parking is available in surrounding lots with the use of the provided parking pass. If you do not have a parking pass, please visit the hospitality area in the Holtzman Alumni Center.

New and Advancing Dinner (Invitation Only)


Due to close proximity to The Inn at Virginia Tech, there will be no shuttle service. Guests may walk through The Inn to get to Holtzman Alumni Center. Parking is also available at The Inn and Holtzman Alumni Center.

Saturday, April 25

Round-trip transportation will be provided from The Inn at Virginia Tech to event destinations on Saturday, April 25. Parking is available in surrounding lots and designated parking spaces noted above.

College and Program Spotlights

Goodwin Hall – 635 Prices Fork Road
  • Shuttle departure at 8:15 a.m., continuous loop until 11:30 a.m.
  • Beginning at 10:45 a.m., the departing shuttle will drop guests off at Hitt Hall for the All Society Member Lunch before departing to the Inn at Virginia Tech.

All Society Members Lunch

Perry Place at Hitt Hall – 1385 Perry St.
  • Shuttle departure at 10:45 a.m., continuous loop until 1:30 p.m.

Presidential Spotlight on Students

Goodwin Hall – 635 Prices Fork Road
  • Shuttle departure at 1:45 p.m., continuous loop until 4:30 p.m.

President's Circle Gathering (Invitation Only)

War Memorial Hall – 370 Drillfield Drive
  • Shuttle departure at 4:45 p.m., continuous loop until 9:30 p.m.
  • Parking is also available in the Price Hall Lot with the use of the parking pass. A shuttle will be available to War Memorial Hall from the lot.

Ut Prosim Society Celebration

War Memorial Hall – 370 Drillfield Drive
  • Shuttle departure at 5:45 p.m., continuous loop until 9:30 p.m.
  • Parking is also available in the Price Hall Lot with the use of the parking pass. A shuttle will be available to War Memorial Hall from the lot.
